Clever Little Tools is run by Amy Conlon, a sole trader based in Teesside, UK. You can contact us about your data at: ADD-YOUR-EMAIL-HERE.
When you request a demo, sign up or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything optional you add (website or Facebook page, message, budget, and the package or tool you're interested in). If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see your full card details.
To reply to you, make your demo, and set up and run your account if you sign up. We use it because you've asked us to (taking steps at your request before an agreement, or to carry out our agreement with you) and because it's in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Form requests are received through Netlify, our website host, and sent to our email. Netlify may process data outside the UK under its own data protection safeguards. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
If you don't go on to work with us, we delete your request within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run your account.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Our example tools run in your browser. Answers you type into them aren't sent to us, and photos you add stay on your device.
